Sardinian Homes Ltd. is a UK-based company (Company no: 6005022), established in 2006, to help UK and other EU clients find and purchase land or property on the Italian island of Sardinia.

We travel regularly between England and Sardinia to keep updated on current market conditions, to locate properties requested by clients and to enable us to meet with you in England or Sardinia. Having designed and supervised the construction of a new villa (Villa Baratz) the owners can now help you benefit from their expertise and extensive local contacts.
